Which directories MUST remain in my web directory (/var/www/html)?

There are certain directories that your VDS uses that MUST remain there for your VDS and control panel to operate correctly. They are located under /var/www/html.
They include:
- fm
- manager
- plugins
- users
- vdsbackup
