How do I setup an autoresponder?

For accounts created BEFORE Dec 06

  1. Login to your control panel and click on the side menu
    "Email/FTP".
  2. Find the user you wish to add the autoresponder to.
  3. Click the edit button on the right next to the user.
  4. Click next and check the box "Install AutoResponder ValueApp"
  5. Click "Finish"
  6. Click on the link of the user. This will take you to the user's
    email control panel.
  7. Click "Email/FTP" on the left.
  8. Click the tab "Autoresponder".
  9. Click Edit and add your subject and message.

Now the user can login to his/her control panel at
http://www.yourdomain.com/users/ and enable/disable/edit
their auto-responder.
For accounts created AFTER Dec 06
  1. Login to your control panel and click on the side menu
    "Acconts under the Email/FTP section".
  2. Find the user you wish to add the autoresponder to.
  3. Click the edit icon on the right next to the user.
  4. Check the box "Enable auto responder"
  5. Click "Finish"
  6. Click on little wrench icon next to the user's name. This
    will take you to the user's email control panel.
  7. Click the "Auto Responder" link under the Email/FTP section
  8. Click Edit and enable the service (if not enabled) and add
    your subject and message.

Now the user can login to his/her control panel at
http://www.yourdomain.com/users/ and enable/disable/edit
their auto-responder.
