Where can individual email users edit their SpamAssassin preferences?
Users can edit their preferences in this file:
/ftp/pub/POP3_USERNAME/.spamassassin/user_prefs
Replace POP3_USERNAME with the username of the POP account.

If the user does not have a home directory in /ftp/pub, then you can create a directory with the name of the user. In addition, this path must also be in the /etc/passwd file. When that user receives his/her first email, the system will create the .spamassassin directory and the user_prefs file.

If editing the /etc/passwd file is too technical for you, please submit a trouble ticket and we will be glad to assist.
