I am unable to receive email thru my POP3 account?
First, be sure you are using the correct username and password. Check to be sure that your CAPS LOCK are not on.

NOTE: On all shared-IP or name-based accounts, when setting up your mail client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.) or connecting to your server via ftp, your username needs to be in the format:

username%domain
For example, if your domain is "yourdomain.com" and your username is "jdoe", you would use:
jdoe%yourdomain.com
