How can I set email/ftp account passwords to contain non-alphanumeric characters and to be longer than 8 characters?
You cannot change the 6-8 character limitation. We regularly use characters such as @ ! $ ^ . The documentation states that any printable ASCII character can be used EXCLUDING these: % , | # : ; *
