Why can't I send email using my SMTP server?
Login to your control panel and navigate to:

Email FTP >> Mail Authorization

Make sure that SMTP Authentication is Enabled.

In most email software clients, there is a method to setup SMTP authentication.

Here is an example screenshot using Outlook Express.
