How do you subscribe to a Majordomo list?
After creating your first list, the first thing to do is subscribe yourself to the newly created list testlist. To do this, simply send an email to majordomo@<yourdomain> with the following message in the body of the email (subject lines are ignored):
subscribe testlistor if you are sending the request from a different email address than the address you are subscribing: subscribe testlist <you>@<yourdomain>You will receive an email back confirming your subscription or asking for confirmation (based on the subscription policy). Now take a look at /usr/local/majordomo/lists/testlist. You should see the email address you just subscribed. To verify that all this works, send an email to testlist@<yourdomain>. You should receive a copy.
