How do I create a sub-domain? (Accounts created after Dec 06)
1. In your VDS control panel, click on "Domains" under Domain Settings in the left menu.
2. Click on the domain name you want to add a sub-domain to.
3. Click on the Add button under the listing of current sub-domains.
4. In the popup, enter the name of the sub-domain (i.e. support, help, www2) and the path on the server. The path on the server should be "/var/www/html/YOUR_DIRECTORY_HERE".>
NOTE: you must create the directory via ftp or SSH before you can create the sub-domain that will point to it for html content AND you can put the directory anywhere - not just under /var/www/html.

It can take up to 3 hours before the sub-domain will be active on the Name Server. Until then you can access it using http://primarydomain.com/subdomaindirectory. Once the Name Server is updated you can use http://sub-domain.primarydomain.com.
