I can connect through FTP, but I cant upload anything. Whats Wrong?

When you can connect thru FTP, but cannot upload any files and you may get an error about "Temporary Completion Problem Reply", login to your control panel and check to see if your disk quota is at or over limit.  It may be that the file you are trying to upload is causing your disk usage to go over limit or may just be failing because it is already over limit.

If you find you need to add disk space, contact us at 866 HardHat ( 866 427-3428) 9a - 6p CST or open a ticket at http://hardhathosting.com/helpdesk and we can allocate the space you need.
